I placed today ((order 407-757****-135****)) with value of 2,213.94 AED it was canceled by you, it will be refunded as per your email, I tried once more ((order 403-545****-778****)) with amount of 2,090.73 AED it was canceled also by you, and will be refunded too. I don't know why.

I'm still struggling to find an contact in SOUQ ae or Amazon ae whom I can contact and discuss this matter in person. This organization is still holding my money $19000 (SL Rs 570****).
This platform is driven by AI and do not understand how to work on resolutions. It only know to keep saying the same thing again and again.If this matter is being taken into a human board I can prove how unfairly this Amazon ae is holding others peoples moneys without any reason.I have done all in accordance of the guidelines given by this Platform and funded $19000 and now they are not returning my money.
All I want is my money and only my money. Nothing else.
Im still unable to contact with a person in Finance dept in Amazon AE. I have tried so many attempts but still unable to find an contact.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered on 18 March and today at 24 March I got the parcel with the wrong product inside. Plus, my Amazon app does not have any contact visible for me to submit my complaint.
Is this a joke that we pay for something and wait for days and get the wrong item?
I am so annoyed and disappointed. What is happening to Amazon???

I bought a bag of cat dry food worth 44+ AED .
And they sent me a cartoon sealed like crazy I barely opened it only to find one tiny can of wet food that worths maybe few dirhams !.
I mean what is this aprils fool thingy or what ?
The worst part is there is no returning or refund and ofc no customer care number to contact them .

Dear Customer Service Team,
I'm writing to report a problem with my recent order, which I placed in February 9th. Despite receiving a confirmation email and having the amount deducted from my bank account, I later received an email stating that my order had been cancelled.
However, when I checked my account, I found that only one item from the original order is visible, with a scheduled delivery date of 20 February.
The other items, which were supposed to arrive today by 9 pm, are nowhere to be found.

On 30 March 2025, I placed an order on Amazon.ae for the following item(s): Venum Challenger Mouthguard - Black/Black. As part of this purchase, I requested that the order be delivered to the following address: Al Andalus, Tower D, 408B Dubai, Jumeirah Golf Estates, United Arab Emirates. The Amazon order number for this order was: 408-200****-472****. I received confirmation from Amazon on 3 April that this order had been delivered.
However, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the item(s) ordered were not delivered to the address I specified in the order and noted above, and I have been unable to locate them. I have not received a delivery card at my address informing me that the item has been left with a neighbor or in a safe place. They throw items over my fence, breaking or damaging the items. Sometimes they just leave them in the public street, then the items disappear completely.
Trying to complain or get service is impossible.
They will transfer you dozens of times, hoping you give up. Avoid the hassle and headache; order somewhere else or simply drive to the store...

I'm so dissatisfied how I always receive my products hot from the summer weather. I usually order chemical based, beauty and supplement products and I always receive them hot as they have been sitting in the delivery car for hours.
