I'm trying to refund items I don't want. I first bought a prayer mat for prayer, and I see a black prayer mat photo.
I buy it and pay for the item, only to find out it isn't even the same as the original picture I bought it from, which disappoints me about this company. I also got 2 Camille Rose big-sized bottles that have a price of 170 dirhams. I ordered them and paid for them but got a small-sized Camille Rose bottle instead. On top of all of this, I can't even get my refund money for the prayer mat, and I can't even return my bottle because nobody is willing to accept it, and they just ignore my return requests.
This really sucks and hurts, but what am I supposed to do? This isn't even cheap products; they're expensive. Anyway, this is what happened, and this is my experience. Thank you for reading this.
I refunded the Camille Rose big bottles since March 6, and it's April 5, and nobody came to my house to even pick them up. That's a full month, which is absolutely disrespectful.
I refunded the prayer mat, and someone called and took the prayer mat, but I didn't receive my refund money in 2 weeks. That is crazy.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unresolved refund for my cancelled order dated 20-10-2025 (Order #: 406-633****-431****), with a total value of EGP 16,327. The cancellation was due to an AWS system error, yet despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
Your chat system has consistently failed to function properly, preventing me from tracking the progress of my case. Additionally, your call center representatives appear unaware of the situation, which has only added to my dissatisfaction. On multiple occasions, your customer service team assured me that the refund would be processed to my gift card along with an additional bonus of 1000 EGP. However, to date, neither the refund nor the promised bonus has been provided.
More than six weeks ago, I was issued a refund reference number (#529319****36). Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my bank account, and I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from your team. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Withholding my money for more than two months is unreasonable and legally questionable.
I have already proposed reasonable alternatives, which were dismissed:
- Manual refund through my bank account
- Refund to my Amazon account via gift card
- Re-processing the order and delivering the goods
It is unjust that I am bearing the consequences of your system error. This treatment is neither fair nor compliant with customer satisfaction standards. I therefore insist on an immediate solution. I cannot continue wasting time daily to follow up on this matter, nor should I have to repeat the entire story every time I contact your team.
I kindly request your intervention in the following actions:
- Immediate processing of my refund for the above-mentioned order.
- A clear written explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
- Assurance that such delays will not occur in the future.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Egypt.
